Here’s why you can trust me…

I’m a 6x marathoner and toddler mom. Over the past 6 years, I’ve leaned hard into running – testing distances like the mile, 5k, 8k, 10k, and half marathons on the roads, then 25k and 20-milers on the trails. Before adding running, I had a really strong cross training routine – leading a wide range of group fitness classes (starting with Zumba in 2009) and acting as head coach at one of the top fitness apps. I have a long list of certifications and credentials spanning cardio boxing, yoga, and cycling.

To add to my credibility, I set a PR in the marathon in Boston just 1 year postpartum… and know that I have my strong cross training routine to thank. Whether you’re a runner or not, I’ve got you.

My standard run coaching package is $175/mo. This includes:

  • 2 customized run workouts per week to help you build endurance and confidence (i.e. weekend long run and mid-week speed workout)

  • 1 follow-along strength session, tailored to your needs/weak points (taking any PT needs or weaknesses into account)

  • Weekly guidance for the other days (i.e. easy run days, active recovery, and rest days)

  • Available via text any time – you'll have my cell phone number :) 

  • Programming delivered in my app, updated every Sunday

    Add on additional cross training workouts per your unique needs.
