PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM RUNNING PLANS
If you’re looking to keep running during pregnancy or return to running postpartum, there are a few ways we can work together. First, one-on-one coaching so that your programming is tailored towards you, your goals, and your unique recovery journey. I also have one-time purchases for both prenatal and postnatal running programs. You can purchase these one by one as you need them, or as bundles (see below).
Remember that maintaining a running routine during pregnancy is not guaranteed. This is why the programming includes a basic deload from running and, more importantly, weekly strength workouts, mobility, low-impact cardio options, and deep core routines.
Similarly, running postpartum is the wild wild west. Bodies need time to heal and the answer to “when can I start running again postpartum?” is not straightforward. Generally, I suggest waiting 12 weeks until you get back to running (starting with intervals) but you’ll have the option to take a fit test at 10 weeks. When you purchase one of my pre-made prenatal and postpartum programs, my DMs are always open for personalized recommendations or to answer your questions.
