Live Yoga @ 6pm PST

Join me weekly on Mondays at 6pm PST / 9pm EST for a 45-minute yoga class tailored towards runners and cyclists. Flows will feature dynamic movements to open the hips and hamstrings with a focus on the feet, mid back, and shoulders.

Time might vary depending on personal schedule.
