12-WEEK Running PROGRAM

This 12-week running program is designed to help you improve your running – distance, strength, speed – and to help you see (and feel!) progress from start to finish. The on-demand version of this program is donation-based with a suggested value of $200 for 3 months of run programming plus 2 recorded workouts per week (this equates to about $15/week). There are beginner and intermediate tracks.

Cost

The program is DONATION-BASED and valued at $200. I know that some of us are falling on hard times and these extra expenses aren’t easily financed. All donations go towards my continuing education courses, better filming equipment, and Zoom membership.
