6-week Presence Program

DONATION-BASED - Valued at $100

Previously offered as a guided program, the 6-week Presence Program is now available for self-study. If you’re struggling to get into a routine or noticed that workouts feel a bit “transactional” lately, sign up for this 6-week program. The Presence Program follows weekly themes and is designed to help you move with purpose and feel empowered.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • 1 cardio boxing workout

  • 1 yoga flow

  • 1 strength workout

COST

The program is DONATION-BASED. If you would like to contribute $5 per workout, the value of the entire program is about $90-100. All donations go towards my continuing education courses, better filming equipment, and Zoom membership.

12-week RUNNING Program

DONATION-BASED - Valued at $200

This 12-week running program is designed to help you improve your running – distance, strength, speed – and to help you see (and feel!) progress from start to finish. The on-demand version of this program is donation-based with a suggested value of $200 for 3 months of run programming plus 2 recorded workouts per week (this equates to about $15/week).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • 3 runs (1 easy, 1 long, 1 workout)

  • 1 full-body workout

  • 1 yoga flow

COST

The program is DONATION-BASED and valued at $200. If you would like to contribute $5 per workout, the value of the entire program $180-200. All donations go towards my continuing education courses, better filming equipment, and Zoom membership.
