Weekly yoga for runners @ 615pm PST

Join me weekly on Mondays at 6:15pm PST / 9:15pm EST for a 45-minute yoga class tailored towards runners and cyclists. Class is live on YouTube, here. Flows will feature dynamic movements to open the hips and hamstrings with a focus on the feet, mid back, and shoulders. This particular class is great for post-race recovery.
