Have workouts become “transactional” for you? You book class, you show up, you sweat, you leave, and you move onto the next thing? This 6-week program starting Monday, August 17 (registration closes Friday, August 15), is designed to help you move with purpose. Each week we’ll set intentions and drop in.
During each activity, we’ll focus on being present in our bodies. As I’ve said in class many times, “Get out of your head and get into your body.” Instead of thinking, “What’s next on my to-do list after this class?” – we’ll focus on being present. Instead of running from the discomfort during those endless arm pulses, we’ll embrace it. When we allow ourselves to be 100% present in our workouts, the mind and body benefits are bountiful.

What you can expect each week
Mondays: Cardio boxing workout with stretch
Wednesdays: Recipe for mindful cooking
Thursdays: Power yoga flow with meditation
Saturdays: Short strength session (pair with a long walk, cycle, or easy jog)
On each of those mornings, you’ll get an email including the day’s workout video or recipe. The next program starts on August 17. Note: Life is nearly back to full-speed for some of us – me included. For that reason, classes won’t be live but they’ll each be available for 24-hours so that you still have some level of accountability.
Cost
The program is DONATION-BASED. I know that some of us are falling on hard times and these extra expenses aren’t easily financed. In total, you get 18 workouts and 6 recipes. If you were to pay $5 for each, that would amount to $120.
