Cardio Box & Flow

Join Emily for a 50-minute Cardio Box & Flow class. We'll do 30-40 minutes of cardio boxing followed by 10-20 minutes of yoga. Finish feeling accomplished and zen – the perfect balance.

This class is donation-based. Please consider donating what you can either via Venmo (@emireerose) or PayPal (emilyrosemclaughlin@gmail.com). Of course, if you aren't in the position to donate right now, I understand. Enjoy class free of guilt.
