45-minute cardio boxing

Life as we once knew it is a little different right now. With most of us being quite literally quarantined to our homes or socially isolated by choice, we’re moving around a bit less than before. It might feel frustrating at times – it’s OK. It’s what we have to do right now.

I’m lucky to have a full-time job that I can mostly do remotely, but what I’ll be missing is my in-person fitness classes. Over the coming week’s, I’ve decided to host some online virtual classes.

Platform: Zoom

I’d like for these to be intimate and personal so that you can still feel that connection – one of the major reasons most of us go to group fitness classes. For that reason, I’ll be using Zoom – a platform I’m familiar with (here’s how to join a call if you’re a newbie). It’s reliable and you don’t need a Zoom account to participate.

Cost

Well, class is free. I’ll only collect payment on a donation basis because these are trying times and I don’t want you to feel like you must pay for class. I’m here for you, you’re here for me. Let’s share smiles and positive energy – that’s what we all need right now. If you would like to donate:
